Start maternale griepvaccinatie op 15 oktober 2025
De Gezondheidsraad adviseert sinds 2021 aan alle zwangere vrouwen om zich te laten vaccineren tegen de griep. Het RIVM coördineert het Rijksvaccinatieprogramma, waarin de maternale griepvaccinatie vanaf oktober 2023 is opgenomen.
Vanaf 15 oktober 2025 kunnen zwangeren die 22 weken of langer zwanger zijn, als zij deze vaccinatie wensen, hiervoor een afspraak maken bij de jeugdgezondheidszorg.

Start of Maternal Influenza Vaccination on 15 October 2025
Since 2021, the Health Council has advised all pregnant women to get vaccinated against influenza. The RIVM coordinates the National Immunisation Programme, which has included the maternal influenza vaccination since October 2023.
Starting from 15 October 2025, pregnant women who are 22 weeks or more into their pregnancy can, if they wish to receive this vaccination, make an appointment with youth healthcare services.
