    Mom

The chance of a miscarriage has reduced considerably and you are adapting physically. It’s now time to think about body and relaxation exercises in preparation of the birth.

    Baby

The baby is now 25 centimeters long and weighs 320 grams, about the size of a banana. Your baby is now a very busy little thing and moves around 200 times a day!
Every day, 25 liters of blood is pumped through the umbilical cord to provide the baby with glucose, oxygen and nutrients. The waste products are also disposed of via the umbilical cord blood.
At this moment your baby gains about 50 to 100 grams a week.
