Beste cliënten en partners,
Naar aanleiding van de aanpassing van de maatregelen in het land, met betrekking tot Covid- 19, zijn er ook wederom aanpassingen in onze huidige verloskundige zorg. Vanuit de verschillende beroepsorganisaties is gekeken naar de mogelijkheden in versoepeling in onze zorg met behoud van medisch verantwoorde en veilige zorg. Wij kunnen jullie nu op de hoogte brengen van de regionale afspraken die gelden vanaf 11 mei 2020.
• De zwangerschapscontroles worden allemaal weer fysiek op de praktijk gedaan zoals voor de corona crisis. Er is tijd en ruimte voor vragen en we nemen de tijd om jullie van informatie te voorzien. Hiermee komt het medisch noodzakelijke terugkomschema te vervallen en zien we jullie weer volgens het reguliere terugkomschema. Heb je een afspraak staan die via het medisch noodzakelijke schema is ingepland en heb je behoefte aan een eerdere afspraak kan je contact op nemen met de verloskundigenpraktijk.
• Je partner is weer welkom bij de echo’s en eventueel bij de consulten op de praktijk. De verspreiding van Corona wordt beperkt door minder fysieke contactmomenten en het minderen in mobilisatie van mensen. Wij willen de patiënten toestroom in de wachtkamer zo beperkt mogelijk houden ter bescherming van alle zwangeren en alle hulpverleners. Om deze redenen blijft dus het advies om alleen te komen voor een standaard controle. Als er belangrijke dingen te bespreken zijn of jij hebt er behoefte aan is je partner nu wel weer welkom.
Kinderen of andere mensen zijn helaas nog niet welkom. Op de praktijk proberen we de 1,5m afstand zo goed mogelijk te waarborgen en houden we ons strikt aan de hygiënemaatregelen.
Belangrijk hierbij blijft, kom niet naar de praktijk bij klachten als: o Verkoudheidsklachten. o Hoesten. o Verhoging/koorts > 38 graden.
Het algemene advies is dan om thuis te blijven, uit te zieken en afstand tot andere mensen te houden. Neem in geval van klachten of twijfel over klachten contact op met onze praktijk. • Voor de mogelijkheden voor pretecho’s kunnen jullie contact opnemen met het echocentrum de Schoot.
• Bij de bevalling is het weer mogelijk om één extra persoon toe te laten naast je partner. Bijvoorbeeld een doula, geboortefotograaf, vriendin of moeder is weer welkom, mits klachtenvrij. Bezoek na de bevalling kan helaas nog niet.
• In de kraamtijd zijn er nu nog geen verruimingen bekend. Wij wachten hierin op beslissingen van de verschillende beroepsgroepen. Als er verruimingen komen wordt je hiervan op de hoogte gesteld na je bevalling. Voor nu geldt dus nog: In de kraamtijd gaan we één kraamvisite thuis doen. De andere visites doen we, zoals we de afgelopen tijd ook gedaan hebben telefonisch. Als vanzelfsprekend zijn wij laagdrempelig 24/7 bereikbaar voor overleg en zullen wij langs komen, als dit wenselijk of medisch noodzakelijk is.
Tot zover de aanpassingen in de verloskundige zorg. Wij zijn blij dat wij grotendeels onze zorg voor jou en je zwangerschap weer kunnen hervatten zoals we dat graag doen. We can now inform you of the regional agreements that will apply from 11 May 2020.
• The pregnancy checks will all be done physically again as before the corona crisis. There is time and space for questions and we take the time to provide you with information. This means that the medically necessary return schedule will be canceled and we will see you again according to the regular schedule. If you have an appointment that is scheduled via the medically necessary schedule and you need an earlier appointment, you can contact the our practice.
• Your partner is welcome again at the ultrasounds and, if desired, at the consultations at the practice. The spread of Covid-19 is limited by fewer physical contact moments and less mobilisation of people. We want to keep the patient flow in the waiting room as limited as possible to protect all pregnant women and all care providers. For these reasons it is therefore advisable to only come for a standard check. If there are important things to discuss or you feel that your partner’s presence is necessary, he is now welcome again. Unfortunately, children or other people are not yet welcome. In practice we try to guarantee the 1,5 meter distance as well as possible and we strictly adhere to the hygiene measures.
It remains important that you and your partner do not come to the practice in case of one or more of the following complaints: O Cold complaints. O Coughing. O Raised temperature > 38 degrees.
The general advice then is to stay at home until you have fully recovered and to keep your distance from other people. In case of complaints or doubts about complaints, please contact the practice. • To find out about the possibilities for ‘fun’ ultrasounds, you can contact the "Schoot" ultrasound center associated with our practice or the midwife practice itself.
• During delivery, it is again possible to admit one extra person in addition to your partner. For example, a doula, birth photographer, girlfriend or mother is welcome again, provided that this person is free of complaints. Unfortunately, visits after delivery are not yet possible.
• During the maternity period, no easements of restrictions apply yet. We await deciscions of the various professions. If there are any easements, you will be notified after your delivery. For now, the following stilll applies:
During the maternity period, we are going to do one maternity visit at home. The other visits we will continue to do by phone, as we have also been doing during the recent period. It goes without saying that we are easily accessible 24/7 for consultation and we will come by if this is desirable or medically necessary. So much for the adjustments in obstetric care. We are happy that we can largely resume our care for you and your pregnancy as we like it.
