Vanuit Rondom, de gehele geboortezorg uit Haarlem en Haarlemmermeer, willen we jullie graag nogmaals op de hoogte stellen van de geldende Corona maatregelen.
De verspreiding van Covid-19 wordt beperkt door minder fysieke contactmomenten en het minderen in mobilisatie van mensen. Wij willen de patiënten toestroom in de wachtkamers zo beperkt mogelijk houden ter bescherming van alle zwangeren en alle hulpverleners.
Zwangerschap: Voor afspraken bij de verloskundigen praktijken geldt: Het verzoek is alleen naar de afspraken te komen. Als er voor jou belangrijke zaken te bespreken zijn, denk bijvoorbeeld aan een gesprek over de bevalling, is je partner van harte welkom.
Kinderen of andere mensen zijn helaas nog niet welkom. Uiteraard is het altijd mogelijk om in te bellen tijdens het gesprek. Telefonisch of met video is beide mogelijk. Voor de bijbehorende echopraktijken geldt dat alleen partners welkom zijn bij de echo, helaas ook geen kinderen.
Voor afspraken in het Spaarne Gasthuis geldt dat de partner gevraagd wordt buiten het ziekenhuis te wachten. Door de Corona maatregelen is het onmogelijk om de 1,5 meter afstand tot andere mensen te waarborgen als iedereen iemand meeneemt. Dit is vooral een probleem in de wachtruimten en de centrale hal. Uiteraard is het altijd mogelijk om in te bellen tijdens het gesprek of tijdens de echo. Telefonisch of met video is geen bezwaar. Voor zwangeren vrouwen is er een uitzondering gemaakt op bovenstaande afspraken bij de eerste echo, de 20 weken echo en het gesprek over de bevalling. Ook bij slecht nieuwsgesprekken wordt er een uitzondering gemaakt.
Bevalling: Bij de bevalling is het mogelijk om één extra persoon toe te laten naast je partner. Bijvoorbeeld een doula, geboortefotograaf, vriendin of moeder is weer welkom, mits klachtenvrij. Zowel thuis als in het ziekenhuis. Bezoek na de bevalling kan helaas nog niet in het Spaarne Gasthuis.
Kraamtijd: De kraamvisites door de verloskundigen zijn aangepast. Een deel zal telefonisch plaatsvinden. Deze worden afgesproken na je bevalling. De kraamzorg organisaties vragen om voorzichtig te zijn met het aantal bezoekers tijdens de kraamweek als de kraamverzorgster aanwezig is. Dit voor de pasgeborene, het gezin, maar ook voor de kraamverzorgende.
Voorwaarden voor bezoek zijn:
- 1,5 meter afstand moet mogelijk zijn
- Het kraamgezin vergewist zich ervan dat bezoekers met klachten niet op bezoek komen
- Er wordt rekening gehouden met kraamverzorgenden uit kwetsbare groepen.
De voorkeur blijft dat de kraamvisite komt wanneer de kraamverzorgende niet in huis is. Ten alle tijden blijft het belangrijk, jij en je partner komen niet naar de praktijk, het ziekenhuis of het echocentrum bij klachten: o Verkoudheidsklachten. o Hoesten. o Verhoging > 38 graden.
Het algemene advies is dan om thuis te blijven, uit te zieken en afstand tot andere mensen te houden. Neem in geval van klachten of twijfel over klachten contact op met de desbetreffende hulpverlener. Wederom willen wij benadrukken dat wij deze maatregelen volhouden om de beste zorg voor jullie als zwangeren te kunnen blijven leveren. We hopen dan ook op jullie begrip en excuseren ons voor het eventuele ongemak.

The spread of Covid-19 is limited by fewer physical contact moments and less mobilization of people. We want to keep the patient flow in the waiting rooms as limited as possible to protect all pregnant women and all care providers.
Pregnancy: For appointments with midwives practices:
We ask you to come to the appointments alone. If there are important matters for you to discuss, such as a discussion about the delivery, your partner is welcome. Unfortunately, children or other people are not yet welcome. Of course it is always possible to dial in during the call, either by phone or video. For the associated ultrasound practices, only partners are welcome at the ultrasound, unfortunately also no children.
For appointments in the Spaarne Gasthuis, the partner is asked to wait outside the hospital. If everyone brings someone with them, it will be impossible to guarantee the 1.5 meter distance to other people, due to the Corona measures. This is a particular problem in the waiting areas and the central hall. Of course it is always possible to dial in during the call or during the ultrasound, either by telephone or video. For pregnant women, an exception has been made to the above agreements in case of the first ultrasound, the 20-week ultrasound and the conversation about the delivery. An exception is also made for bad news conversations.
Childbirth: During childbirth it is possible to admit one extra person in addition to your partner. For example, a doula, birth photographer, girlfriend or mother is welcome again, provided they are free of COVID complaints. This applies both to deliveries at home and in the hospital. Unfortunately, visits after delivery are not yet possible in the Spaarne Gasthuis.
Maternity period: The maternity visits by the Midwives have been adjusted. Some will take place by telephone. These are planned after your delivery. Maternity care organizations ask you to be careful with the number of visitors during the maternity week when the maternity nurse is present. This for the newborn, the family, but also for the maternity nurse.
Conditions for visiting are:
- 1.5 meters distance must be possible
- The maternity family ensures that visitors with complaints do not come to visit
- Maternity nurses from vulnerable groups are especially considered.
The preference remains that the maternity visit comes when the maternity nurse is not in the house. It remains important at all times, that you and your partner do not come to the practice, the hospital or the ultrasound center in case of one of the following complaints: o Cold complaints. o Coughing. o Fever> 38 degrees.
The general advice then is to stay at home until you have fully recovered, and to keep away from other people. In case of complaints or doubts about complaints, please contact the relevant care provider. Once again we would like to emphasize that we maintain these measures in order to be able to continue to provide the best care for you as pregnant women. We therefore hope for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience.
